Tree Stump Removal

Stump removal is often required when the tree has been felled for construction purposes and the ground must be levelled completely.

When the stump must be removed entirely we would dig out the ground around the stump, cutting off the roots and lift out the stump entirely.

If the stump just needs to be removed from sight then we can grind down the stump which can take the stump below ground level. In such cases we can ensure that the stump is taken down far enough for small plants or turf to be planted on top of the stump. The remains of the stump and roots will gradually break up over time.
